Tobacco Pipe Malaysia uses Poslaju, J&T Express and Grab Express for most deliveries.

International Delivery Policy
For all International Delivery, all rates are automatically calculated based on item weight with packaging included. You may view your total amount upon checkout.

We are able to ship pipes and accessories except lighters to all countries.
We ship pipe tobacco and cigars to all countries except:

Greece
Portugal

The reason why we do not ship Tobacco to the countries above is because of their local customs law stated that Tobacco falls under Prohibited items.

Custom Duties and Tax
For all International Deliveries, all custom duties and tax will be borne by customers which is not included in our shipping cost. Customers are advised to check with your local post on charges to be paid. If customers however refused to pay your local duty and tax, we will subtract the shipping fee for the order and return shipping fee if any once the order is returned back to us before any refunds are made.
Prohibited Items
It is advised to check on any restrictions on items before you purchase as any incurred cost of return shipment will be borne by customers before any refunds are made. Please take note that no refunds will be given for items abandoned or seized by your local customs. However if your ordered items are denied entry and returned to us, you will get a refund for your items ordered with the original shipping fee deducted.
